Corporate Team

Kelly S. Wren, CEO

Kelly is an accomplished businesswoman who brings to the Wren Mattox team a unique blend of experience, business savvy and strategic thinking in a very organized environment.  She served as a Regional Manager in the retail industry managing over 300 people in four states for over 16 years.  In that role, she established new business outlets; recruited and trained the staff and oversaw the operations of the business units.  She is an astute judge of people and their abilities and has developed excellent recruiting and team building skills.

In her early years, Kelly was an accomplished athlete.  She never lost her love of physical activity and exercise, so, after her 16 years in corporate America, she created and owned a small chain of stores in the fitness industry.  When this business was sold to her principal competitor in the market, she embarked on a career in consulting with small businesses in the fitness and wellness industry to help them become strong and grow.  She has maintained her own physical discipline by becoming a personal trainer in Pilates and other exercise disciplines and a teacher and lecturer focused on women’s health and wellbeing.  She is a member of the National Organization for Women and works with other groups dedicated to empowering women through functional fitness and optimal health.

Because of her strong leadership qualities, organizational abilities and people skills, she was persuaded to join Wren Mattox Builders as its CEO to develop a strong organization that is dedicated to serving its employees as well as its customers.  In her role, she is responsible for working with the team to identify and develop a strong customer base; recruit, hire and train a strong administrative and management staff and provide leadership in the company’s organizational development.
